Control arms keep the rear centered and prevent wheel hop. I would only put them behind subframe connectors in order of importance on your list. Also once those are installed you can remove the quad shocks(the mini ones by the rear wheel) and lose a little weight off the car.

    Throttle Body and Intake spacers

The spiraling spacers are garbage. You want the air to come in straight, not tumbling randomly around. Honestly the larger the better when it comes to both. They serve to keep heat of of the intake manifold and increase the plenum volume. You will have to check the height of the plenum with...

The stockers can work with any spring up to a 1.5" drop. Anything beyond that and you will need to upgrade. If you go with aftermarkets on a dropped car buy Fox sized struts as they are shorter and wont bottom out.

    Throttle Body and Intake spacers

A intake spacer increases the plenum volume on a engine with a very tiny plenum so you will see some gains. Most likely in the 5hp range. A throttle body will increase the airflow to your car but remember the plenum is the bottleneck in the system, even the aftermakets have to shrink down to...

    Nitrous solenoid mountiing...

4.6L Nitrous plumbing thread - Corral Forums Here is a thread that I made for the guys over on Corral when I installed my nitrous kit. Oddly enough I still have to run the wiring. I won't spray until I hit a 12 something N/A, lol.

    Shocks!

With 160 to spend you might want to look into Tokico or other cheap brands. A "good" set of shocks and struts will run well north of that per piece. You could just get the stock Monroe shocks and struts for next to nothing. Super high end adjustables would be Koni and for a custom setup...

    Street & Strip gears.

Just run a taller tire with more sidewall. It will be more forgiving to the rear on your launches anyway. And I hope your not stepping down to a 3.90 from a 4.10. That is going to be a very minimal difference.

    Street & Strip gears.

4.10 unless you plan on using a blower or turbo in the near future. It will be WAY more fun at the track. You will need a tuner no matter what gears you get too. Add about 350-400 dollars on top of what you think you are going to spend. You will need your shift points changed or your going...

    2000 3.8 V6 plug/wire change

Nope, you have it backwards. Passenger side is like this front to back: 1,2,3. Drivers side front to back is 4,5,6. The coil go is 1,2,3 on top from left to right and the bottom is 5,6,4. Hope it helps and good luck.

    stock front suspension

The Mustang has a modified Macpherson strut assembly. It places the spring on the inside of the actual strut. Many people have converted over to a full coil over setup though. There are plenty of kits out there.

which xpipe should i go with?

If you go off road either get a tuner like the Xcal3 or a set of MIL eliminators. Other than a 50 to the tech inspecting it you will be set.;)

    Wider Stock Wheels?

I've run over 200 passes on mine ranging from 12-16psi. If it was going to blow off a tire it should be doing it with launches or running over 100 in the traps. I would feel confident telling you that it will hold up as it has for me.

    Wider Stock Wheels?

A 275/40 will fit but it does bulge. I run a 275BFG DR on my stock 17x8 wheels during track sessions.

    What to do next?

I doubt stock as in piston, and rods but the 4.6 Modular blocks can be taken well over 1000rwhp and in some cases 1800+ and the Cobra crank has seen 1000rwhp as well.

    Tire / Rim question

Your stock wheels are 17x8. The tires would most likely fit but may bulge on the sides a little. If you are going with a different sized tire make sure it is almost if not exactly the same size at what you are using now unless you want your speedometer off. Try going with a 225/50/17 It...

    Skipping

Check the coil on plugs. Does it do it while idling too? If so pull them one at a time and see if it changes the audible tone of the engine. If it does then you might have a bad COP. Those are far more likely to be the culprit than the actual plug. Also make sure the IAC is clean. You also...
