Test fitted the r/s fender & it appears to line up with all the holes good, so I started drilling the pilot holes to start to drill out the spot welds on the l/s front inner fender panel.

Nothing picture worthy, I put a few sheet metal screws in the new inner fender (battery) panel to hold it in place so I could remove the clamps so I test fit the fender alignment before welding it in.

New r/s front inner fender panel clamped in place & ready to be welded in.

Welded in the patch to the r/s shock tower upper rear flange. Welded in the patch to the r/s rear inner fender panel upper flange where it overlaps the r/s shock tower upper flange. I also drilled the holes in the battery inner fender panel to prep it to be welded in this week.

Yesterday I did some finish grinding to the r/s shock tower upper rear flange to prep the area where I cut out the rotted metal. Cut my patches & fitted them. Today I will weld them in.
