Today after work I finished drilling out the spot welds from the floor to the support & from the bottom of the cross member where it overlaps the floor support. I had to cut the floor support down the middle & in half to access the 5 spot welds inside the floor support to the cross member.- Mike65

Drilled all the pilot holes to start drilling out the spot welds for the r/s floor support which I need to remove before I can repair the r/s outer frame rail.- Mike65

I haven't posted any progress in about a month, I was doing some "upgrades" to my DD 2000 Ranger. Today when I got home from work I spent some time in the garage removing rotted metal from the rear section of the r/s outer frame rail that was behind the torque box. The piece I cut from...- Mike65
