Started to remove the r/s torque box & found some frame rot inside the torque box where the floor supports overlap the rear part of the frame.

Today the weather was simply beautiful (60 degrees) I pulled the engine & mounted it on the engine stand, now awaiting teardown. Also jacked up the front of the car hoping the shock towers relax so I can bolt up the export brace.

I received a new export brace from a member on another Mustang site & I went to install it to see how far the shock towers have moved. It looks like they moved back & in about 1/2-3/4". Also found the drivers side shock tower brace has a small bend in it back at the firewall, & a 2" crack. Good...
