But you do realize that turbo #'s and sc #'s are different right? You have the power it takes to spin the supercharger that doesn't get figured into the overall amount of power. Boost is just a measure of restriction, so a motor with great flowing heads,intake, etc. is going to "see" less...

Increasing the crank pulley with increase the boost, as will decreasing the sc pulley.

BA2800 and BA3000 are way more than you need. You want a meter that will not peg but one that is not going to have lower resolution in the lower loads. I would get a BA2400 or BA2600 if it was me. I would not mind dynoing my car at Quintin Bros. but I would not let them tune it, I know 5 people...

Yea the KB make more TQ than HP too. There is no such thing as a safe boost level, it is more less a safe HP level. Keeping it under 500ft lbs would be a good idea. What KB is it? I would stay around 10lbs if it was me. And with adding w/a with the KB it is really tough to get the temp drops...

They are bolt down rockers, it may be a lifter. You can take it apart to see if you can find anything and it would not hurt to do a compression test and maybe a leakdown test as well. You run open headers???
