Sounds to me like a bad universal joint or too much backlash in your gears.... I don't know, as 1990_LX stated, it is kind of hard to read.

The upstream O2's are the more important of the 4. You can shut your rears off.

I would rather have them tuned off than using MIL eliminators. If you do get MIL eliminators, I would recommend the plug in type as opposed to the splice. If you do splice them though, make sure you do it toward the plug end of the harness. If you splice too close to the sensor, you risk...

You cannot turn off the rear O2's with the xcal2 alone. It must me done in the tune. You will have to have your tuner do it.

Microwave the coupler that goes on the throttle body for a few seconds.....makes the install 100 times easier.

You may be able to get a single button starter but as 02minrlgrygt said, it won't be a very good system. Then you have to carry 2 key fobs. Iirc, the bypass is yet another $60. If I were you, I would hold off for now and save up more money.

I agree with the caliper/piston being the problem.
