Well ... the motor is toast. My buddy got the heads off and found it dropped a valve. It split the cylinder wall open, and marred up the combustion chamber of the head. They are pulling the shortblock out today to see if he put different internals in it, and see if there's anything worth saving.

I'm not sure if it's the best stroker kit or not but I am planning to get the MMR 900 street stroker in the future. Their website lists the assembled shortblock at $3199. Modular Mustang Racing I'd say something along them lines would set you up to do pretty much whatever you wanted to do...
