What I am saying is that at an idle the throttle plate is closed and your idle air control valve opens to allow the engine to run. If that is not working then your engine will stall at an idle. Usually you can narrow down this problem by holding the rpms above idle. If the car doesn't stall...

Does the car maintain rpm's if you hold the gas pedal steady at a slightly elivated rpm? if it does and the only issue is that it wont idle I would think you have a bad IAC valve.

very similar situation with my fathers 08 rubicon. They are buying his back and giving him a new one free of charge is what he tells me. There just waiting for one to come in for him.

hah is that so. I walked into a dealership and the salesman came up to me. (this was last year). I asked if they had done anything to change the interior yet, he said no, I said then I'm still not interested in buying one and walked out. Guess the guy didn't know what he was talking about haha.

no doubt. That car is a beast. I just can't get over that interior. It's like they took my fathers jeep and put pt cruiser gauges in it. Hopefully they fix that asap. Then again maybe they will never learn back in 70 the dash looked like crap too haha!

although I gotta tell ya. The camaro looks like crap compared to a 69. And the challenger looks sick untill you open the door and look at the dash.

How far away are you from Saratoga. I would buy the shaker set up. I want to use it on my 84 f-150. I actually priced that setup out in 03. 1200 bucks from the dealer new.
