    Rear End leak !!!!Any ideas???

they are still rubber remember. rubber bushings doesn't belong anywhere near an IRS. Your diff cover cracked because the front mounts aren't supporting the diff enough and most of the force is transmitted though the rear mount. a stock one with the bf brace will support a ton of power but now...

    Rear End leak !!!!Any ideas???

lowering springs will only have it hop less, bushings will take at least a good full weekend (maybe more...) Ive been swapping out this SRA for the IRS for about 2 months, of course Im working from 180 miles away but still. Its not what Id call hard (but its not easy), its just time consuming...

Got the wheels on and drove it out of the garage. flows sound great, not too loud at idle but loud when you get on it. Cams are stock npi cams, I never put them in (to technically take them out rather, lol). Honestly I wish I didn't do the pi swap, honestly after doing the research the npi heads...

I need your opinion on exhaust plans

why not just get an O/R H pipe and swap the stock one back in for inspection? Also you can make MILs for about 15 bucks and they work on a completely O/R exhaust too. Ive had my homemade ones in my stang for over 2 years with no codes. home made MIL'S...

    2005 rims on a '96 GT?

anything over 18"s are only doing harm... unless you need the space for bigger brakes ;) but yea the back spacing on 05+ rims are from about +28mm to +35mm sn95 backspacing was +24mm (on a 9 inch rim though). So backspacing wont be an issue but height my be unless you get paper thin tires...

    My IRS swapped sn95

small update, the diff is still being worked but I was told that there was a different clutch pack installation method that increases the locking point for a bit more performance. Also told that the clutches will be very noise in til the break in period is reached. Hoping to head home next...
