new control arms generally come with bushings, which control arm are you taking about (brand & location)?

poly FRONT bushings are great stay clear of rear polys however. The rear needs at least one spherical bushing on the LCA. as for the UCA both sides should be spherical, having poly bushings in the UCA will cause snap over steer and its pretty dangerous... I have Maximum Motorsports front...

what type of fuel system do you have? return or returnless? if you have a return style (97 and older) then the pump should be always on if returnless then the pump uses regulated voltage to control pressure and if the sensor is stuck at max pressure reading then it may cause the pump to not run...
