it shouldn't the contours on the front light and grille is different, not sure if the total size is larger or smaller. Good way to find this out for yourself for sure is that aftermarket hoods are always 94-98 and 99-04 and never 94-04.

the stock struts will need to be replaced for sure with co's. you may want to consider the koni yellow single adjustables, i literally just bought them last week for my 300# co's. They are adjustable on the rebound only and shipped from stangsuspension they are $322. If you wait til spring to...
