for those of you with SCT Xcal II and III.

Data logging is extremly helpful to fine tune your vehicle. It is quite easy to do but most seem to think its difficult and shy away from it. I rate this a 2 in difficulty since it can be tricky to data log by...
I do all my own work and tuning on my cars but thats why I know what needs to be done in order for the tune to be correct. Anyone that has had a mail order tune and done datalogging also knows. I fixed a tune on a member on heres car that was tuned at a shop since and it was a good thing because...
These are 100% new never been mounted and sell for around $190 ea. $275 for the pair. Perfect fit for a foxbody and they are very sticky. My friend ran consistant 1.4-1.5 60fts with these same tires.
This is like new, used once and has been returned to original backup. The protective plastic is still on the screen. 100% mint! This has the older firmware but I can update to the newest. This older revision has more adjustments though and allows the rear o2 to be shut off.
$200 shipped, these...
Nice job Travis and crew, thats not cool at all you saved him his motor for sure though. Nice to see the attention to detail and proper datalogging/tuning. A++++
I know this guy well and was at the track for this pass, it's a record time and mph too btw! Can't wait to see what he does with a 2.6 pulley and Jon Lund tune.

Well if you are keeping the GT40X I would just get the lower intake ported and stick with a Cobra/GT40 upper if it was me. I know with boost it won't be a problem as there are alot of guys that have ran 500+rwhp with Cobra/GT40 intakes.
Hell, a guy in the Corral with a SC-Trim Vortech (smallest...
What heads are you running? Is it going to be NA or SC'ed? Too many variables to make a suggestion. I had a Systemax II and it's a sweet intake but I now have a Cobra on my latest combo. If you are going all out NA or going to run a nasty SC'ed built motor get a Systemax/RPM 2, if not keep what...
ROFL, ok that explains it. I will tell you a driver mod is worth .2-.9 in the 1/4 from experience. I have driven ALOT of cars at the track and one car I ran almost 1 second faster with. It was a 88 Turbo Supra, I ran a 14.4@99 all it had was intercooler piping and intake. I cut a 2.0x 60ft on...
My cousin bought it, it needs some work but was a good car for the price. Installed a new shifter, sorted out some vacuum line issues, added a quadrant and firewall adjuster and it is alot better. Next are gears, still has the stock 3.08's in it.
You are not very familiar with dyno's. The #'s are HIGHER when in 1:1 not lower. It's the same as if you have 3.31 gears in a GT500 and go to 3.73 gears, no other changes it will dyno LESS hp.
A guy at my track ran 9.87@140 with a TVS on his GT500, just goes to show a bigger blower and dyno #'s don't tell the whole story.
A 2.3 is plenty on most cars IMO, at least on a Cobra.
