Sure why not, it should be easier than a 4.6 swap since the 3.8 still uses a vac assist brake setup not the hydroboost.

The track is the only thing that never lies......too many variables with dyno's and the people operating them. About the only use I have for one is to tune, and maybe compare before/after hp gains from same dyno. Comparing one car to another based off dyno #'s is pointless for sure....

I always run Gatorback belts, my friend had the same issue on his '04 Cobra and a Gatorback belt helped...
