well technically it doesnt pass but if the tuner shuts them off right you will have no problem

throw out bearings are pretty common. especially if the cables not adjusted right. i suggest getting a new throwout bearing and make sure the cable is set good. if its not you should get a firewall adjuster

yea its ok, got the typical paint chips and stuff like that. its got 94k on it. i got it last jan with 91k. but its getting there ive been doing work slowly to it. gears, wheels, few small items. lately been working on tuning it.

well hp is hp, the lt's and o/r h will deffinetly make it breath a bit easier but the mufflers will still be restricting but exactly how much the catback will be worth i have no idea.
