how do I have the ecu reprogrammed to match the vin #

and I want to mention that one is an auto computer and the other a manual computer. How will I get the ecu from the donor to have the vin # of the one that I am putting into?

2002 gt

i just found out from another thread on another forum that the mileage will be that from the donor car....my next question will be...if i tell the dmv what I did...will they give me problems for it? Or as long as I tell them I should be ok?

I am going to change my dash and gauges with the dash and gauges from a mustang with 40k miles. the mustang that its going on has 140k...will the mileage stay with the cluster? will i run into any problems when I register it? Thank you.
