some one had mentioned already that each person bring a bag of charcoal. whether that ends up being too much?? eh, you can always take what's not used home.

As it stands now it's BRING YOUR OWN:
-charcoal & lighter fluid
-grilling utensils
-plates, silverware, napkins, cups (though I'll be bringing whatever I have left over from a party I'm throwing this weekend-anyone who wants to chill out this Saturday PM me! lol)
-drinks (alcoholic or non-alc.)
-dish to pass (see Post 1 for the list of dishes to be passed and if you are so inclined please post the dish you plan on bringing.)

Am I forgetting anything??? I've been trying to keep up with all the great ideas and my husband only wants me to bake 8 pies for his b-day party this weekend. :nono: WTF does he think I am...Betty Crocker?? hahaha

And is anyone cruising up to Mount Morris from the south say Dansville area??

And SilverSpy, I'll just bring my $ with me, if that's cool. By the time I remember to put it in the mail it'll likely be after the cruise!!!

Per our discussion last night and SilverSpy's email, We will be leaving the Bowen Road Shelter at 9:00 am. This will give us ample time to get to Batavia at 10:00 am. We need to find out exactly where the Jubilee in Batavia is. We will be coming in from the 33. It takes the same amount of time from where we are leaving to either take the Thruway or the 33.

The Jubilee is on Rt.63 just pass the Rt.5 & Rt.63 split, right in the center of town. If you want to mapquest it, it's located at 45 Ellicott St. Batavia, NY 14020.

Let's meet there for a 10:00 a.m. departure time.

06mach1 said Letchworth is about a 45 minute cruise from there but please make sure you bring along your lead insole just in case we have to make up some time !!!

We should be fine. It is a straight run with not many traffic lights. Also if we have people coming from Syracuse and Albany, The the extra time will be in their favor. Next year we should think of a central New York Location for a New York State Rally. I am getting ahead of myself. OOPS. Too much excitement and the adrenalin is kicking in.

well guys if you're looking for jubilee, you probably won't find it. that adress is correct, but jubilee went outta business in batavia about 5 years ago. It was a Latina's like two years ago, but that went outta business too. there's a Tim Horton's and a Wendy's right on Main st near the Rt 5/ Rt 63 split if you guys wanna meet up there.
