Ive been around here for a while i just keep low key.
Each year about this time I get my self one new toy or a upgrade and since last year A new bike won over a Kenne Bell. This year is the year.
Now that the mustang is paid off its time to do some upgrades. The biggest issue is that I cannot decide what direction I want to go in KB or Hellion system. I have a 2004 mustang gt 5 speed with only 45k on the mill. Nothing has really been done other then a SLP catback JLT CAI and wheels and tires. So completely stock for the most part. I will not be upgrading the short block yet so I will be limiting my HP to 410-430 and this will be a semi daily driver in the summer.
The KB kit is 4995 and the Hellion is 5995.
KB Pro's
But both do have their appeal. Have 8g to play with so im trying to spend my money wisely.
Info:
KB '96-'04 Mustang 4.6 2V 2.1L Supercharger
Hellion 99-04 Mustang GT Single Turbo System - 350 to 850 HP
whats your thoughts in my shoes :yesno:.

KB Pro's
- Simple install
- drivable tune (will fine tune but drivable)
- low end torq as soon as you hit the skinny pedal
- hidden costs?
- its just another KB'd GT
- doesnt include suspension or exhaust upgrades (see Hellion Kit)
- Questionable support
- More efficient
- More included upgrades (maf, suspension, exhaust)
- more potential down the road
- More expensive
- More envolved install
- tune cannot be driven on
But both do have their appeal. Have 8g to play with so im trying to spend my money wisely.
