Meeting Plans for Friday:
Meet at the Geneva Ramada at 12:15 for some
and some lunch. Then cruise down to Watkins Glen.

Bad news, the wife can't get off. Looks like we'll have to try for next year

Yes, hopefully next year you can make it!Yes, that's all you need unless you want to attend the dinner Friday night. You only need to register a second person if they are bringing their own car to the track & car show.
Hey, I belong to the Shelby Mustang Club that put on that All Ford Show at Clay Central Park. We aren't judged so we were up on the high ground near the road as "club cars", which is why you didn't see me! I'll catch up to you at the Mustang Rally for sure. Check the 1st pape of the thread for times as Dawn lists all the goodies...
Do you still need any addresses or directions?
Here are the times, I just posted this in Post#1 also. We drive the track about 5pm but people show up early (around 3pm) to hang out!

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM REGISTRATION – PHELPS COMMUNITY CENTER LOCATED OFF OF ROUTE 96 (MAIN ST) AT BANTA ST.
9:00 AM – 10:00 AM AUTOGRAPH SESSION WITH MOLLY SALEEN AT THE PHELPS COMMUNITY CENTER
9:00 AM – 2:00 PM VENDORS OF ALL KINDS AT THE PHELPS COMMUNITY CENTER
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM CAR SHOW AT THE PHELPS COMMUNITY CENTER
12:00 PM – 2:00 PM DINOSAUR BAR –B-QUE (PRE-SALE TICKETS AVAILABLE) AT THE PHELPS COMMUNITY CENTER

SUNDAY, AUGUST 5TH (RAIN DATE FOR CAR SHOW)
8:00AM – 10:00 AM BREAKFAST AT COUNTRY SIDE IN CLIFTON SPRINGS ON RT. 96– MUST PRE-REGISTER
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM CRUISE AROUND THE LAKES POKER RUN FOR ANY TYPE OF VEHICLE (MUST PRE-REGISTER)
3:00 PM CHICKEN BARBEQUE (MUST PRE-REGISTER) AT THE AMERICAN LEGION IN PHELPS ON RT. 96
Remember, Pre-regisration for the show ends 07/15! After that date, it is going to be $5 more. You can register up until the day of the show. Same with Watkins Glen as long as we don't exceed the max # of cars! Also, you will save a couple dollars by pre-purchasing the Dinosaur Bar-B-Que tickets!!
Also, if anyone is wondering, there is new online registration available on the ironhorse website but they are also still accepting the mailed in form. Dan will be adding the form to the website shortly.

Thanks for the compliment!! That means a lot to me/us. We have a ton of people in this club that work hard to make events like this possible. In this particular case I really need to say that Dawn (marguerite66) has really gone above and beyond for this event. Without her, it would not be what it is today! Thanks Dawn!
