They are, only the lips have color on them, you could easily change them.
Mask off the face of the wheel with some newspaper, lightly hit them with sandpaper, primer and spray... or hell just plasti-dip the lips.
Easy fix for anyone wanting all black or another color. They're more than worth the effort at their price.

Make me an offer, I will have it done for you. Do you want gloss, satin or matte? The wheels are 1 of 25 pairs that were made as concepts before the wheels were officially released. They were created with an offset to come flush with the fenders. You can research this if you like, that's initially why I picked them up for my Cobra. They were originally chrome, and I had them blasted down to bare-castings and powder-coated satin black. There is not another set like them. The lips were sprayed afterwards when I had my car resprayed, and like I said I am willing to change that for a small fee. The nittos out back are brand new. The eagles up front have tons of tread left. Everything is flawless, albeit probably dirty from the car just sitting covered in my driveway while I wait for my new garage to be finished. 
I personally wouldn't even be looking to sell them, but I just got a set of 3 piece True-Forged wheels from a buddy dirt cheap 18x11 out back and I feel they're going to look even killer. If you really like the look of the Cobra wheels these are drop dead gorgeous, and weight almost nothing after having been blasted down to bare metal and powder-coated.
