You can pick up some flsfcs for 150 I believe. They would help minimize the harshness of bumps and stuff.

Yeah what Jeff said will get you a good start, plus some flsfcs and some control arms. It really depends how much you want to spend. I'm sure the MM road and track box is kick ass but it costs quite a bit.
