A C&L or Pro M cal'ed for 24lbers would be as far off as the 93 Cobra maf. My cousin's 89 GT with Pro M maf and 24lbers was lean, 16ish A/F at idle/cruise then 13.5:1 at WOT before I did a chip for it.

I have BE/EA, MOATES Burn 1 and had a QH but sold it because I needed some $$ at the time. I know Adam (popsracing on here) has been coming out with alot of new deffs. I need to get another QH eventually... Are you just tuning using a QH then burning to a F3?

actually ran a 93 Cobra MAF on my 93 GT years ago, it had a slightly difference transfer function than the stock 55mm but helped me get in the 13's, then 12's with a SC later on. No wonder it was so rich!! I don't think most people realize that the calibration from Ford is done in the ECU, NOT...

Ya, they run the vehicles themselves on the dyno. The one time I ran a car on the dyno I did it myself but it was a mobile dynojet at a car show.

It may not throw a light but if you just unplug it all there will be a code. Alot of the 5.0's didn't throw codes. I ran my 90 Gt parts car with no h-pipe, no o2's hooked up and it STILL didn't throw one!:smash: EGR only works at part throttle/idle anyways, at WOT it is shut off.

You have to chip those ECU's and that particular one may not be covered by any tuning software.

My friend got an email from them because he dynoed his GT500 there twice before, he may go but not sure yet.

I have ALOT of E7 heads, probably 4 sets sitting around. Some have 70k miles on them. I also have alot of stock upper/lower intakes, stock throttle bodies, stock MAF, 19lb injectors, stock flywheels, and probably more.
