The least expensive good springs are the FRPP really, Get B or C. The B are closer to the stock spring rate and the C are stiffer. I have BBK and they are super stiff and it sits LOW. I had Eiback Sportlines in my 88 GT and those are a real huge drop but it rode nice.

I have not personally but I have never heard anything bad about Justin, he has alot of experience for sure.

The E cam is ok, it's just there are better ones out there. My cousin has a 90 GT with heads, intake, and E303 and it runs strong. I tuned it so it would have better driveability because below 2000 it was not the best. I just prefer other cams, but it does sound good and makes decent power up...
