Could be the IAC, what happens when you unplug it? Why did you install a EGR delete plate? Are all the emissions gone? Are the vac lines plugged off?

Is the car stock? Sounds like EGR valve to me, try unplugging the vac line to it and start the car ans see if it goes away.

I've never seen the actual GT side skirts anywhere other than OEM and used. I sold a nice set a few years ago. You might be able to take a heat gun and smooth them out some. Even my 93 GT that had 56k on it when I bought it did not have perfect ones. I have almost mint rear 1/4 pieces that go...

Are they Ford gears or Motive or something else. I have done a pile of the Ford gears just by reusing the shim on the pinion gear and keeping the same shims on the carrier. Normally this can't be done in other cars, with OEM Ford gears it can. The newer FRPP gears that have an "m" after the part...
