I know the 96-98 are aluminum and the 99 up are plastic but believe the calibration is different. I'd have to check the transfer function though.

Yep, not more than that to gain and all in the upper rpm range mostly. You would be better off just getting your lower intake ported for much less.

Stock MAF do not have a "calibration". The 94/95 GT and Cobra use the EXACT same MAF even though the GT uses 19lbers and the Cobra 24lbers. The actual calibration is done in the ECU.

Yea, that is not very realistic. I'd pick one area to work on and do it right, your spreading the $ to thin to do all that work.

Another thing you can do is buy stock 99-04 GT calipers and rotors. They are a dual piston PBR caliper as well. The rotors are not as large but offer a great upgrade in stopping. XE258 is a nice cam but you cannot run it with GT40P heads without some real good valve springs due to the high lift. I guess if on a super tight budget and the heads are in decent shape, maybe just take the valves out clean everything up, new spring kit, and install you may be ok.
