the weak link in the 3V motors is the rods. the block is strong a blower @ 8 lbs making 425 is fairlysafe. 450 NA has not been done on a 281 3V to date, 400 has and to get there its very costly. built motor 5K, heads 4K, cams, intake... your looking IMO at 2x the cost of the blower and...
