Ive got Flowtech long tubes and a Flowtech offroad X pipe on my car with a MAC catback. The Flowtech headers were fairly cheap and theyre ceramic coated. I think they can fit an auto but Im not sure. Summit sells them.

Make sure you get the piece for a '91-'93. The fenders (and that piece) are slightly different than '79-'90.

Well its not a 302 although it is 302 based. ;) Ive got good pistons and the valve to piston clearance is not an issue- its been checked. The cam has .579 lift. Actually nothing is stock on this engine.

Mine is a '92. I actually bought a simulator and a block off plate online tonight. I had a cel for the evp sensor when I bought the car so I know the cel would be on.

I had one but cant find it anywhere and need it for my '92 5.0.

I think '94-95 has a different egr setup though but maybe Im wrong. I really wonder if my egr was working anyway since I dont remember anything for it on my headers but maybe thats not how its hooked up?

Yeah, I think the guy thats working on my car can make one. I know alot of guys dont run it. Do you get a CEL or do you have the simulator thing?

I found out today my Windsor Sr. heads arent drilled for egr stuff so I decided to just eliminate the egr setup. From what Ive heard eliminating it isnt a big deal and I can just get a simulator to trick the computer into thinking its still working. Its ok to eliminate it, right?

Subframe connectors and gears would be a good start. Id go with 3.73's or 4.10's. I went with 4.10's in my car back when it had an AOD and they really woke the car up, especially since I had 2.73's originally. A 5 speed swap would be a great idea. I think getting rid of the POS AOD was the...

I didnt personally do it but its not really a big deal from what I was told. I had a friend thats done a few swaps do it. I think its one of the best things I did to the car. I hated the automatic in it. I really wanted a stick in the first place but settled for an auto.

It should be done soon. I know the plan is to have it done before the Adirondack Nationals so I can take it there. I dont know about cruises yet- it all depends on how the car runs. I cant afford a tune this year so Ive gotta get it to run as good as it can without one.

Yeah, I had it swapped last spring. Its got a t5. I hated the AOD and it was pretty much shot anyway.

For auto's with 4.10's its actually a Jeep part you can get from a Jeep dealer, atleast for an AOD. My car used to have an AOD and I have 4.10's.

Ill stick with my '06 F-150. I cant see taking a new truck off road anyway. I dont even take my truck offroad much but its nice to have the 4wd for bad weather and hauling the quad to a riding spot off the pavement.
