5 speed swap, gears and a blower. The 5 speed swap was probably the best thing I did to mine. I hated the aod. I really wish I had just bolted a blower onto the stock motor and left it at that.

Put a bolt in the holes in the back of the heads. I honestly dont remember the size but it was a short fat bolt I bought at Home Depot. Ive got a smog pump eliminator bracket and pulley on my 5.0. It keeps the stock belt size.

Those moldings always get screwed up when removing them. Youre better off buying new ones from 50resto.com

A basically stock 5.0 usually runs a high 14 at best. Theyre not as fast as everybody seems to think they are. I thought mine was fast until it ran a 15.7 at the track.
