I'd do a supercharger, you must have been running lean or had too much timing in order to blow headgaskets or the heads are warped. My edelbrock heads had some warpage which caused headgaskets to blow.

Sound like a nice setup of heads. Like I said before, TFS heads with the F303 you have now and the Vortech will get you 500rwhp. I personally like the Holley intake as well. You may need to step up the fuel pump, I had too but some do not. You already have the MAF and injectors you need.
