cool thanks...my mechanic also set the idle or something on the throttle body and that helped

well he tuned the idle and a set screw on the TB i think and it doesn't stall anymore and idles at around 800rpm so im happy with it...so far so good...thanks for all the input...(btw i did clean the IAC last week and it did help some) thanks again

okay so i took it to my mechanic and he tested the TPS, AIC, ran the codes ...everything came back good...he had one code that was for a "flapper" on the stock airbox control i guess but said that since i have an aftermarket its not there and shouldnt affect it...he tuned the idle up a little...

well just bought smoked headlights...lol...but its not the light output so much as the crisp clean look HID's provide over the dull look of halogens (strictly my opinion) though light output is important to an extent :D thanks though.

just curious (maybe i missed it somewhere) but how many miles were on the car/engine?

few questions...what brand? true plug n play? warranty? and can i get hi/lo kits or is it strictly low beam? and if you do carry hi/lo is it a true hi/lo or does it use a magnet to shift the bulb up? sorry for all the questions :D thanks

no not yet...haven't decided if im removing my A/c so i dont want to buy a new belt until i decide...so i unhooked the lines from the smog pump...plugged the vac lines and removed everything else (line to heads and line to exhaust)

removed and the smog pump temporarily hooked up...its just blowing air into the engine compartment...cant see how it would hurt...also when i put the bolts into the heads to plug the whole i lost alot of the blue loctite i had put on...i really cranked them down do you think i need to worry...
