need a good set of plug n play HIDS for my 93 foxbody...what brands have you guys used? saw an ad for a group buy but nobody got back to me...thanks

few questions...what brand? true plug n play? warranty? and can i get hi/lo kits or is it strictly low beam? and if you do carry hi/lo is it a true hi/lo or does it use a magnet to shift the bulb up? sorry for all the questions

I don't know much about hids, did you check americanmuscle.com or cjponyparts.com? If you got the clear headlight assemblies, with some better bulbs it would probably help out a lot. I know when I had the stock ones on, I couldn't see shit when it was dark out or if it was raining and dark out, you might as well forget about driving. LOL. well just bought smoked headlights...lol...but its not the light output so much as the crisp clean look HID's provide over the dull look of halogens (strictly my opinion) though light output is important to an extent thanks though.

If youre gonna use a 9004 bulb it will be a hi/lo.

One of my guys bought a kit from this company www.tophidkits.com . He said they were great to deal with and pricing is the best around. The quality was good also just plug in and go.

im going to look into that...they seem like decent kits...and they are around $75 hi/lo with lifetime warranty.
