Cost me $400 to have the rear Valance painted and I put it on myself. The bumper cover should be off the car, so they can take the clear coat around the ends where the bumper cover meets the body, or the clear coat will peel. That's what they tell me ! I say $450 you take it off and put it on.- ANGIE 06
