The cheap intercoolers do have a huge pressure drop across them. I had one on my car last year. I was over spinning an s-trim and still only was making about 12lbs of boost at the intake.

I have the vortech mondo on my car. Works perfect, even at 24+ pounds of boost. That BOV is a little bit over kill on you car, but it would work fine. I like all of the Vortech and Procharger BOV.

Yes that is incorrect. Transitions before and after the maf will effect it's reading. This is just past experience with my car. They general rule of thumb is at least 6" before and after sensor with not bends or transitions.

Not sure how the maf is going to like that transition that close. The easiest way is to watch the maf counts. If it hunts around at an idle then it's getting turbulent air going thru it.

The piping is going to have to be pulled tight up against/near the radiator support in order for the foglights to fit. Been there done that. I made all my piping then realize that last year. This year when I re-made it for the YSI and cobra bumper I knew to take that into consideration.
