if it feels excesive,maby check your motor and trans mnounts,,if thats not it make sure u dont have a miss or anything,did u do any work to it latly?

i know what u mean,i have to save for weeks to get parts,,302-306 is not that much difference,,,thats why i said stroker kit casue to get a set of 500 pistons,the bearing and any machine work done,,u almost might as well hold off for a few more weeks and spend the little extra

i guess both,,i was also thinking of the sort,and i cant come up with anything,i feel if for me alteast if im gonna rebuild my 302,,might as well make the block fresh,throw all new internnals,,,,,via the stroker,,,theres no reason to run the risk of rebuilding used stuff and it fail a couple...

what about those stroker kits for like 1200 in jegs and summit?

well when i ran carb i used all rubber fuel safe lines,,,at only 6 -9 psi hose clamps will do with just longer hose,,,or if u just get longer metal tube would be fine as well,,,idk about fuel line but i usually would just use like a softball to bend it around for my brake lines,,,just make sure...

ur fuel line runs thru the hood???no a fuel line should never be crimped

im sure the abuse i drop on my king cobra clutch is more then most and it still grabs like new,,im sure they dont just sell a slipping clutch out the box,but,it only hold 350 horses so if ur pushing more its gonna slip,,i also use the jegs,clutch calbe and quadrant,firewall adjuster,,,only thing...
