You need to drive a total of 100 - 150 miles in all speed ranges, there are 3. 0-20mph, 21-40mph,41-55mph to set the sensors for inspection. You also may want to check with your tuner, I have CMCV plates and never had any MIL's or inspection problems.

I agree the locking header bolts with the little "C" clip is the way to go.

+1 sounds like a classic fuel problem. I'ld say the it's possible that the CAI may be collapsing on itself too but if I'm not mistaken the Steeda unit it metal?

A must for all applications, N/A power, centrifugal superchargers, will even bolt on to an FRPP Whipple kit. A tune is "required" however if your tune is unlocked and you can adjust the timing if it pings then that's all that's needed.

This is an excellent product hands down and George at MGW is patient and open to any quiestions. The install instructions were very precise and accurate. I have the FRPP handling pack and it's great, aggressive stance better handling and a hell of a lot more stable at higher speeds and the right is only a touch more harsh then stock.

Yes yes, I was thinking of the oil pump shaft....DUH!! Anyway I don't think it would work, how would you get the tfi module to work and then there's the problem of timing advance.

I'm not sure, they should be the same except if you're using a mechanical fuel pump the distributor from the 91 wont have the drive gear for it.
