I got a PA comp C-4 in my car. It was my friend's he had it in his car for only one season and it was great and held up to plenty of street use too.c-4 is a heck of a lot lighter than an AOD also so you will pick up some time there too!!

I never had a problem with MSD distributors. I have one in my car and have had them in previous cars. Ive noticed far better throttle response with them too.

I would say stick with the 302 you will end up with more power for less $$ in the long run.That OHC engine will cost some dough to match the power potential of an aluminum headed sbf. A 302 with the right heads cam and intake manifold will make over 400hp without breakin a sweat on pumpgas and...

Click on that pic . I used a foward rotation pump and a ribbed sepentine waterpump pulley and used the stock alternator bracket and tensioner. works great. If you go with the reverse rotation pump you won't have enough belt contact on the water pump pulley which can cause problems eventually.
