3.73 are great, I have an auto and was told that 4.10's would help big time with take off but you may sacrifice top end and drivability. I went 3.73 and it feels like a different car I have nothing but good things to say.

Rear bumper cost?

I have a long bed box off a 1964 F250. It is in very usuable shape but could be fixed up. The wheel wells had rust and the previous owner cut them and screwed in a panel to patch it. It will have to be unbolted, I can't do it since I just had hip surgery. Free to any NYM member

I've replaced both bumpers and headlights and it is def very do able even without a Chilton's but I'd suggest it. The only special tool would be a rivet gun for reinstalling the front bumper brackets.

My friend is supposed to be dropping in a 9" this coming week I believe, when I get back in the state I'll check to see if he wants to unload it.

I got the offroad x pipe and a tuner from SCT. No check engine light and it passed inspection. Just find the fat lazy guy who owns a shop and doesn't really want to look for cats or find an old hot rodder who does them and may be sympathetic to your cause, that's what I did.

Def a lot of work, I looked into the project for my 04 GT and you have to deal with intake manifold, timing covers, valve covers, computer, wiring, plus the heads them selves and all the labor. Ported aftermarker 2v heads are def cheaper and easier in the long run.
