Yea its pretty straight forward.. If it can unbolt take it off.. Itll take some power to twist the car but I've noticed a good difference on firmness with sub frame connectors. Def worth the $150

Well that and it will give you a tiny bit more hp.. You just have to think it a 302 is making say 302 horsepower at the crank (that's 1 hp per cubic inch) the same exact set up on a 306 is 306 hp. Not a really good reason to add cubes but like they said its the only way to clean the bores up...

My old 04 GT had an auto. I just had the shift points adjusted with my tuner and it made a world of difference. Firm, strong shifts and a much better take off than before putting the custom tune in. That'll cost you $369 and the hp boost from a tune. May I ask why your doing a shift kit?
