My speedometer stopped working. What could be the reason for this? Where should I start looking to diagnose the problem?

I have a pro5.0 that came with my Saleen and I have no complaints. Its very short and cant hit all the gears with no problem. Sometimes I have to double check to see if its in 3rd or 1st lol

I have no idea, maybe it was from before I even bought the car but I don't think it would have driven to well. But she is running well, got on it a little tonight and she picks up a lot more.

She is FINALLY done and driving strong. Sounds good, drives good.... now just have to break her in before I really get on it. Just finished cleaning it. I will take some vids over the weekend and post them up.

Your running a built bottom end I assume? I wouldnt even go more than a 10lb pulley on 6 ribs, after that go to 8.

Finally back from the field. They found a bent rod while I was gone soooo the car is still not finished. It would have been finished if I was able to talk to them while I was gone but I didn't have any service. The car will be done tomorrow though.

Yeah me too, I really hope I will be able to pick her up.... Just sucks that I will be gone for the entire month of August and that's like the best weather month here in Washington. When I get back it will almost be rain season again and then I deploy so I won't have to many chances to drive her.

Well there was no PTV contact, apparently it was a bent exhaust valve stem up top causing the rocker or lifter to pop up which is what that sound was. They sent out the heads to get looked at to see why exactly it did that because as far as they could tell everything was installed correctly...

Had it towed over to a local shop called The Mustang Shop.... really good guys, thats where I did my dyno runs. They said they will dig into it and tell me whats going on with her and have it done quickly. Should know by tomorrow whats wrong with it.

Anyone else have any input?
