advance has it $38 without fog lights, $42 with but they give a one year warranty you can also check jon at Gator auto I wouldnt go used on that switch but its your call I had to change that and the multi functon switch (turn signal) before my lights worked

Brand new you can get it autozone without fog lights $25 or $31 with fog lights I got mine from there not long ago checking advances price now
