Figured out what to do. Red pinstriped the front right before the rubber molding. Another question. The shaker base is blue. What do you guys think about if I painted it the gray the car is and put red pinstripping around it to match the car? To much or will look good?

that isn't a bad idea. Only problem I see is the hose will be rounded and I am not sure if it will match up visually. Beggers can't be choosers thought and for the price I found the hose online its definitely worth a shot.
