What year are the seats and how much?

Check the timing and fuel pressure as describes above. Start with that.

Make sure base timing is set correctly, 10deg btdc with spout connector off. Also check fuel pressure with vacuum reference disconnected. Are o2 sensors hooked up? Is this a maf computer?
