Todd..Here's some info you can add to the 1st post:

Lunch Saturday is at Gus's.

Need to add NYM cruise/Photo Shoot. Maybe we can meet Plattsburgh peeps at Gus's and go after lunch.

Dinner Saturday is at 8 Ball. (unless some one wants to suggest another place).

Breakfast Sunday is at Gus's. (unless we'd like to go somewhere separate and cruise to the show together - NYM peeps).

I don't think the hotel is going to fill but the coordinator asked that you book as soon as possible and mention ASMC when booking. We need at least 20 rooms (which he thinks he has already) to hold the conference room. Cancellation policy is by 2pm on that Saturday. I may stay at the Microtel which is about 5 miles away. Just not crazy about Super 8's. I'll list both hotels.

Car classes for the show:

Each club is going to judge the other club (not sure if its all attending or just some club members judging). So there will be 2 trophies per class, 1 from each club. The classes are by decade and include Stock and Modified together. So you have:
60's - 2 trophies
70's - 2 trophies
80's - 2 trophies
90's - 2 trophies
2000's - 2 trophies
President's Choice - 2 trophies
Best of Show - 2 trophies

So we just need to firm up the photo shoot and restaurant details and we should be all set!

With the show is it clear weather or not we will be judged and able to get a trophy If were not part of ASMC or NCMC ??? Or would we just be in the line up but un-judged !!???!?

From the hotel, gus's is accrost the road, A&W is next door and 8 Ball is about 1/4 mile down the road, if that. Sounds good so far. I would have to count myself out for dinner on saturday night due to issues with the owner of the establishment.

Let me know if you are def. staying at the Microtel- Catt and I will stay there- Looks MUCH more comfortable!!

Let me know... Maybe we can get some more NYM peeps to stay there.

We are planning another end of year cruise. Keep a look out.

I would love to go to this, but it is almost a 6 hr drive for me. I would have to spend the night in Albany (3hr drive) then meet up with you guys. I will let you know.

If your free and are in for a big cruise then we would LOVE to have yea! :)PLUS ANY ONE ELSE YOU COULD GET TO TAG ALONG!:D
