Will these parts swap ??

Hello , My friend has a 1986 Mustang and wants to swap and replace the 4 headlights and bumper assembley with a complete set up from a 90 /93 Mustang . Will these parts interchange freely ? The quarter pannels would remain .Would this bolt right up or no ??

Im sure someone here has the answer. Thanks for any and all help .HAPPY NEWYEAR to everyone as well for sure :)

Yes they will change very easily. Stuff bolts right up just have to re-wire all the lights. Let me know if he wants to sell the '86 nose with the headlight panel in it.

Thanks for the information about the swap and If he wants to sell the other parts ill let you know . ( Im pretty sure he would). Either way,ill post back .

Update/ My friend will sell the 86 front end but is now in the process of locating the newer pieces to swap out .Im not sure of the time frame on all this but ill keep you posted on any progress.

You will need the headlight wiring harness off of the aero car because of the difference in the headlights, side markers, and turn signals. You could hack up the one from the 86 but if you want to do it right, get the 87-93 harness. Though I don't really care what you do with your car, if you post this up on StangNet they will light into you about hacking up a 4 eye.

LOL, yea the 4 eye cars are hardcore for sure.
