wierd belt squeel on a hard shift...

ok on my 04 mach 1 my belt slips when im actually really shifting the car from second to 3rd.. it squeels.. you can hear it in this video

i dont see why it would make that noise.. could it use a new belt? or could it be something else
and that video is old i just made him post it so i could hear the squeel

It's happened on mine since it was new. No worries, just drive it. If it really bothers you, get a Goodyear Gatorback belt or the A Dayco Polycog. That should cure it.

Whats happening is your tensioner is momentarilly being pulled up, causing the belt to chirp. No way you'll lose the belt. If you want a Gatorback, google your nearest Goodyear store location. They should have them.

That should fix the problem? It kinda feels like its loosing power when that happens
