If you wanna stay with the Cats i would recomend trying a Pypes or FRPP splice in X- Pipe, your stock cats remain in tact and you "Splice" in the X-pipe and remove the H, install will take a muffler shop 30 min. The sound changes but DOES NOT get louder, your Loud mouths are prolly loud enough already.

i have an slp x pipe with high flow cats and custom cat deletes that will be taken off my car in a month, i could sell em to you. Reason i am changing is a secret but i will say my car sounded great with the high flow cats but once they came off it was very very very loud.. ill post a vid of the car idling.

Regarding emissions, if you go catless, just get a tune to turn off the rear o2 sensors. You'll pass inspections, but you might not pass visual inspections...that depends on where you live, and your shop.
