whats the deal on push rods?

I need to purchase some push rods but i am not sure if I need to get that tool so I know the length or if I can just buy a set? I see that when you buy the h/c/i as a kit they include them but I am not buying a kit I am picking pieces up as I go.... HELP! :smash:

I would get the pushrod checker just to make sure what length you need, or if someone you know that has one use theirs. Did you already get the cam, valve springs, and rr's?

i am buying some 1.6 rr's this week, my brand new e-street heads should be in this week or early next week and I am leaning on the tfs1 cam....

Yes get the pushrod lenght checker. It's only $10 and good insurance that you will get the length right.
