Nitrous won't brun without fuel and the fuel was obviously still pumping. If one of those idiots would have hit the master disconnect on the back of the car it would not have gotten that far.

I agree with you. Seems like a whole bunch of mistakes were made. NO fire truck crew. Just a bunch of fire extinguisher and those only last so long.
