V6? what can i do engine wise to my v6 so it can be fast???

First off number 1 should be to make sure it runs the best it can. No use jazzing it all up if it won't make it down the block. If that isn't a factor, then I would look into the safety areas, ie.. tires, tie rods, suspension, any rust to the chasis that would make the car unsafe and so on. Once that is all good, you now have a good platform to work with. Then it is all up to what you want, speed, looks, handling, or all of the above. Hope we can point you in the right direction. But in the future please be a little more specific in "Ideas". Let us know what we have to work with. Thanks.
Swap in a 4.2 from a ranger. This is a very easy install and you will gain quite a bit of power in the process. A set of gears will make you quicker on the accel too.
You could also look into the M90 superchargers that were on the Thunderbird SCs back in the day, although on the newer split port setups it is a little harder to accomplish.
And do NOT ignore what was said above as that is very sound advice. No point in modding the hell out of a car that is going to fall apart. The baddest engine in the world is still a paperweight without a solid chassis for it to move.

After some research there is no cheap way to get that supercharger to run on your car. You would end up spending WAYYYYY more than you would for a decent aftermarket setup.
Your engine as of now is basically a 5.0 engine with two cylinders loped off. The same simple mods that you can do to a Fox car will work for you but obviously to a less extent due to the small displacement.

anyway, OP-
1. an M90 will NOT fit a 99+ mustang. the only way is to convert to a singleport setup, but this is taking one step back to go 2 steps forward.
2. fix all the problems first. suspension, body, brakes.
3. compression check. if the engine is unhealthy, dont bother blowing it.
THEN think about making it faster.

Didn't mean for it to come across as it being a block with two cylinder ACTUALLY loped off, if thats how you took it. It is just the same type of 90 degree block and the mods that work to make 5.0 Fox bodies faster tend to also work on the 3.8 cars.
friend of mine knocked 1 second and added 9mph to his track time with full exhaust, no tune or gears.
worthwhile mod right there
