i have a stock 1990 GT i just bought a trick flow track heat R upper and lower intake 70mm throttle body,egr,spacer ang mass air is there anything i should know before starting like can i use stock 19 lb injectors and is there anything else i need to change.

The intake is a little big for your stock motor/ heads and might end up hurting performance (kill low end). It does give you room to grow, but as of right now it is too big.
I think that at the least you should wait and get better flowing heads before installing this intake.
Anyways, if you wish to install it anyways your injectors are ok for now and all you would need are gaskets and silicone and make sure that the bigger MAF is calibrated for the injectors.

It's not that it is going to physically hurt the engine, but low end performance will hurt because of the shorter runners this intake has. That intake is designed for forced induction motors or high reeving NA motors.
You can use it, but don't expect to gain much from it right away, you would need at the very least a good set of cylinder heads to get the benefits of a larger intake.

Let's just put it this way, it is not a good match for your motor right now, you can try and trade it for something a little smaller such as a Track Heat or Edelbrock Performer RPM 2.

Nope, you can leave the short block as is...but I would change the camshaft if youre gonna be changing the heads and intake.

The intake you mention may hurt you on a stock motor. The problem is velocity, your stock combo isnt gonna pull the necessary amount of air through that intake to make it worth while. Air will move slower at lower RPMS with this intake versus the stock intake and may actually make the car feel like crap till the upper RPM range.

Even if it does help, it wont help enough up top to make up for the loss down low.

alright now i have all 70mm atachments the track heat r upper and lower intake gt40 heads and a e-303 cam am i gonna need anything else besides maybe bigger injectors and with this stuff will my tranny hold?:smash:
