Under hood light

Hi everyone,

My 1989 has one of those under hood lights, so you can theoretically see the engine bay in the dark. The female end of the connector that attaches to the light is bad. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can order one? I ordered a new switch (the part that holds the bulb itself), but I'm looking for the connector that plugs into that.

Oh ok, can't find that. Call Late model and ask, or check craigslist for old Stangs being parted out.

I don't know if you watch that show on cable "Hard Parts" south bronx. Give that bastid a call and put him to the test. Sure you can find it in some junk yards.

I would hard wire it or make my own connection. Not a big deal.

That's what I ended up doing. Just made my own connection. It's working well.
